  1. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of LG appliances for customers.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer concerns and addressing them in a timely manner.
  3. Perform scheduled maintenance on appliances to ensure their optimal performance.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance.
  5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work completed.
  6. Maintain knowledge of LG appliances and their technical specifications to effectively diagnose and repair issues.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on customer's appliances.
  8. Work independently and efficiently to manage a high volume of service calls.
  9. Represent LG Electronics professionally and positively at all times while interacting with customers.
  10. Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures in all aspects of the job.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in appliance repair.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tools.
  15. Travel to customer locations as needed to provide on-site service.
  16. Provide recommendations for improvement of service processes and procedures.
  17. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  18. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when faced with challenging situations.
  19. Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings as needed.
  20. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolution is achieved.
