Continuous Improvement Associate

A continuous improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g. Black or Green Belt) is also preferred.The Continuous Improvement Associate is a critical member of our team responsible for driving process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and performance. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze existing operational processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop and execute improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and performance.
3. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Design, develop, and document process maps for current and future state scenarios.
5. Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
6. Act as a subject matter expert on continuous improvement and lean methodology.
7. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to introduce and educate employees on continuous improvement principles.
8. Identify and evaluate risks associated with process improvement initiatives.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure their involvement in improvement initiatives.
