
Consumer Insights Analyst
This role supports in all the activities of the Consumer Behavior Research (CBR), NPI (New Product Development) and Innovation in the North American business units through primary and secondary market/consumer research. Gather and analyze primary and secondary data through research. Generate consumer-centric reporting to excavate insights. Track competitor movement in the Home Appliance industry and new product/feature through published information. Report on the impact of competitor products and features through VOC research or other appropriate methodologies. Collaborate with other team members to support research efforts on behalf of NPI features and usability.
Minimum 2 years of experience in research, marketing or product development
Familiar with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
