• Ensure that LG Electronics operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs for the company and its employees.
• Monitor and assess changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and identify potential areas of risk.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify and address any compliance issues or violations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and success.
• Advise and provide guidance to senior management and other stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed.
