- Continuously evaluate and improve compensation processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Finance Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Specifically In Sales Compensation And Commissions.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Compensation Plans And Structures, Including Incentive Design And Commission Calculations.
Proficiency In Utilizing Compensation Software And Tools, Such As Excel And Salesforce.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations Based On Findings.
