Review monthly product/service related expenses/incomes with affiliates to be reimbursed/expensed through systems. Manage both AP and AR for affiliate transactions to be entered with accurate accounts, amounts and divisions. Follow up AR to be approved by cut off. Be responsible for fixed asset updates in the asset management system. Enter new leased assets and terminate expired leased assets. Lead and perform semi-annual physical fixed assets and off book assets. Perform month-end closing. Analyze monthly fluctuations of expenses by examining general ledgers.
