  1. Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand user behavior and interactions with Lenovo products.
  2. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to gather, organize, and interpret data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key metrics and insights.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track user experience metrics and trends.
  5. Identify patterns and trends in user data to inform product development and design decisions.
  6. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  7. Work closely with UX designers to integrate data findings into the design process.
  8. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate user experience data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX data analysis.
  11. Collaborate with the research team to design and implement user research studies.
  12. Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  13. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by developing and maintaining data quality assurance processes.
  14. Contribute to the development of UX data analysis strategies and methodologies.
  15. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior UX data analysts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Data Analytics, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Technology Or Consumer Electronics Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Powerbi.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ux Principles And Experience Conducting User Research, Usability Testing, And A/B Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Translate Data Insights Into Actionable Recommendations For Product And Design Teams.
