Transition Manager

In this role you will act as the Single Point of contact for customer, partners and vendors and internal business division, in order to transition managed services contracts within the given time and budget. You are responsible to work against agreed milestones, SLA & KPI agreements and contract profitability with overall goals of increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the contract thereby increasing customer satisfaction. Sound business understanding is required along with effective leadership skills. Decision making, contract negotiation and management comes along with solution development. Provide fully documented services, which are updated and maintained throughout the life of the service and are aligned to ITIL best practice. Ensure that appropriate lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal project sign-off from all key stakeholders.
