  1. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to ensure the platform is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Manage and lead a team of technical professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  5. Ensure the ServiceNow platform is in compliance with company standards and best practices.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to continually improve the platform.
  8. Communicate technical updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for the ServiceNow platform.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate other systems and applications with the ServiceNow platform.
  12. Work with vendors and service providers to manage contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
  13. Conduct regular audits and testing to ensure the integrity and security of the ServiceNow platform.
  14. Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to the ServiceNow platform and develop mitigation strategies.
