In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key clients in the financial services industry.   1. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients in the financial services industry.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues related to Lenovo products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Conduct regular account reviews and proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  7. Create and deliver product presentations, demos, and trainings to clients as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and activities in CRM systems.
  9. Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services industry.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador for Lenovo, promoting our products and services to clients and at industry events.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and support, going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
  13. Travel to client locations as needed to build and maintain relationships and provide on-site support.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Lenovo's Products And Services: A Tam In The Ga Fsi Vertical Role At Lenovo Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, Including Hardware, Software, And Solutions. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Support Customers And Address Their Technical Needs.

  • Experience In The Financial Services Industry: Being A Technical Account Manager In The Ga Fsi Vertical Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry. Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working With Financial Institutions, Such As Banks, Insurance Companies, Or Investment Firms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Tam, One Of The Main Responsibilities Is To Communicate With Customers, Understand Their Technical Requirements, And Effectively Convey Solutions. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Technical Expertise And Problem-Solving Skills: A Tam In The Ga Fsi Vertical Should Have A Strong Technical Background And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Technical Issues. This Includes Knowledge Of It Infrastructure, Networking, And Security.

  • Customer Service Orientation: The Role Of A Tam Is Customer-Facing And Requires A Strong Commitment To Providing Exceptional Customer Service. Candidates Should Demonstrate A Customer-Centric Mindset And The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
