In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain programs, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficiency and cost savings.   1. Oversee end-to-end supply chain programs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Drive efficiency and cost savings through continuous evaluation and optimization of supply chain processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of supply chain strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify and address any issues or opportunities.
  6. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Lead and manage projects related to supply chain optimization, including setting timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring successful completion.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other external partners to optimize supply chain processes.
  10. Train and mentor team members to enhance their supply chain management skills and knowledge.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain management.
  13. Provide regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance and improvements to senior management.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain management and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to support the company's growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Manufacturing Company.

  • Proven Experience In Program Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Project Timelines And Budgets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Concepts And Processes, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
