We are looking for an individual who is an organized problem solver, with the ability to develop and execute creative and innovative strategies that drive growth.To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding communication and sales skills, as well as the capacity to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in a customer service and/or sales role. You should also be comfortable working with new technologies and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.If you have the ambition, drive, and expertise to lead us into the future, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies that drive growth in sales and customer service.
  2. Provide customer service and solutions for Lenovo products.
  3. Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Manage and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
  5. Use new technologies to deliver a superior customer service experience.
  6. Monitor customer trends and provide feedback to improve service and product offerings.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for achieving goals.
  9. Ensure compliance with customer service and sales policies.
  10. Create and maintain reports and presentations to document progress.
