Software Engineering Manager - AI/ML
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Software Engineering Manager - AI/ML to join our team at Lenovo. As an integral part of our team, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing a team to design, develop, and maintain AI/ML software applications. You’ll also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and trends, and ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to best deliver.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years of experience in AI/ML software engineering. You should also have experience in leading and managing a software engineering team, as well as a proven track record of developing successful AI/ML software applications. Furthermore, you should have a strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and software development best practices.If you have a passion for AI/ML software engineering and a commitment to excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain AI/ML software applications.

- Resolve software issues and improve software applications as needed.
- Mentor and train junior software engineers on AI/ML software engineering best practices.
