  1. Develop and implement strategies to enable sales teams to effectively sell and deliver services to clients globally.
  2. Create and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of services offerings that align with market demands and company objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and launch new services offerings.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' services offerings to inform portfolio development and strategy.
  5. Develop training and enablement programs to educate sales teams on the benefits and value of services and how to effectively sell them.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop messaging and collateral to support services sales.
  7. Monitor and report on the performance and success of services portfolio, making adjustments as necessary.
  8. Manage projects related to services portfolio development and enablement, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, clients, and internal departments, to drive services growth and success.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in service enablement and project management, and apply them to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Portfolio Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Portfolios Of Products And Services, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Service Offerings: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Various Service Offerings In The Technology Industry, Including Hardware, Software, And Cloud-Based Services.

  • Proven Track Record In Project Management: The Services Portfolio Enablement Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Related To Service Portfolio Enhancement And Launch. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Monitoring.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As The Services Portfolio Enablement Manager Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Management, Sales, And Marketing, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Strategically To Identify And Solve Complex Problems In The Service Portfolio Space. This Includes Identifying Market Trends, Analyzing Competitor Offerings, And Making Data-Driven Decisions To Improve The Portfolio.
