- Create and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of services offerings that align with market demands and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and launch new services offerings.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' services offerings to inform portfolio development and strategy.
- Develop training and enablement programs to educate sales teams on the benefits and value of services and how to effectively sell them.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop messaging and collateral to support services sales.
- Monitor and report on the performance and success of services portfolio, making adjustments as necessary.
