- Lead and direct the user experience design team to ensure the highest level of quality and innovation in all design work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to understand and define user needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of user behavior and market trends to inform design decisions.
- Create and implement a design strategy that aligns with Lenovo's overall business objectives and brand identity.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and optimize the user experience.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging design trends to ensure Lenovo's products and services are at the forefront of user experience design.
- Advocate for the user and champion a user-centric approach throughout the organization.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products and services.
- Proactively identify and address potential design issues and provide innovative solutions to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with external design agencies and contractors to augment the in-house design team when needed.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and senior management to gain buy-in and support for design decisions.
Extensive Experience In User Experience Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Expertise In Creating Intuitive And User-Friendly Designs.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers. The Candidate Should Also Have Excellent Project Management Skills To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Projects Within Budget And Scope.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ux Design Tools And Methodologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Ux Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, And Prototyping Tools. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In User-Centered Design Methodologies And Be Able To Apply Them Effectively In Their Work.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Ux Design Projects: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Ux Design Projects That Have Resulted In Improved User Experience And Business Outcomes. This Could Include Increased User Engagement, Conversion Rates, And Customer Satisfaction.
