  1. Develop and implement access control strategies to safeguard the company's data and systems.
  2. Oversee the governance of protected data to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Lead and manage a team of access control and data governance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential data security risks.
  5. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to access controls and protected data governance.
  6. Monitor and analyze access logs and reports to identify any unusual activity and take appropriate action.
  7. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company and industry security standards.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in access controls and data governance to continuously improve strategies and processes.
  9. Communicate and train employees on access control and data governance policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to access controls and protected data governance.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security tools and systems.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure secure data exchange.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on access control and data governance initiatives and progress.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Information Security Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Managerial Position.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Access Control Systems And Data Governance Principles And Practices.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Access Control Strategies For Large, Global Organizations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Access Control And Data Governance Professionals.
