- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for Lenovo, aligned with the company's overall sales and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize training and development needs for the sales team.
- Create and implement effective sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills development.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement programs through data analysis and feedback from sales team members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales enablement resources, such as sales playbooks, training materials, and tools, to support the sales team.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals to ensure high-quality and impactful programs and initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and continuously incorporate new strategies and techniques into the sales enablement strategy.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence.
- Represent the sales enablement function in cross-functional meetings and present updates and results to senior leadership.
- Serve as a role model for Lenovo's core values and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally.
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Implementing Sales Enablement Programs That Drive Revenue Growth.
