  1. Lead the development and execution of the ThinkPad AI software portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, roadmap, and features.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and setting timelines.
  6. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the product.
  8. Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new product releases.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to drive innovation in product development.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  11. Identify and address potential roadblocks and risks that could impact product success.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the ThinkPad AI software portfolio.
  14. Mentor and guide junior product team members to foster their growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Software Products Throughout Their Lifecycle.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Software Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Technologies.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
