We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Client Manager to join the Lenovo team. As a Primary Client Manager, you will be a key member of the Lenovo team, responsible for managing relationships with our most important clients. You will be the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service, a strong communicator, and a creative problem solver. You should have an outgoing and confident personality, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of customer service experience and a proven track record of managing customer relationships. Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  4. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  7. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas of improvement.
  8. Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  10. Prepare and present reports to management on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
