- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the AI and Hybrid Cloud Services portfolio to drive business growth and customer success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and customer needs, and incorporate them into the portfolio strategy.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure the timely and successful launch of new AI and Hybrid Cloud Services.
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for the portfolio.
- Develop and manage a budget for the AI and Hybrid Cloud Services portfolio, including tracking and reporting on financial performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in the portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to support the development and execution of the portfolio strategy.
- Develop and deliver product training and enablement programs to internal sales teams and external partners to drive adoption and sales.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, and make recommendations for adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI and hybrid cloud technologies to continuously evolve and enhance the portfolio.
- Represent Lenovo at industry events and conferences to promote and showcase the AI and Hybrid Cloud Services portfolio.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of the portfolio strategy and goals.
