As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Lenovo's PC products to public sector clients in the state and local government sector.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Lenovo's PC products and their features.
  2. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the state and local government sector.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the public sector, including state and local government officials.
  4. Actively promote Lenovo's PC products to potential clients through presentations, demos, and other sales techniques.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotions for the public sector market.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the PC market, particularly within the public sector.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  9. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  10. Coordinate with other sales team members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to the public sector market.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and showcase Lenovo's PC products.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent Lenovo and its values in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting a strong team culture within the sales department.
