Job Description

Responsible for notebook serviceability at in-house / ODM maufacturing locations in China. Responsibilities include working with Lenovo procurement team to close parts shortages. Responsible to work with Lenovo Order Execution team to maximize daily manufacturing builds. Responsible to work with Lenovo / ODM distribution and Global Logistics teams to maximize daily ships for NA. Responsible to work with Lenovo Order Execution team to identify possible off-spec alternatives for parts shortages to reduce unshipped backlog. Responsible to work with NA customer fulfillment to solution all orders with EOL parts.
