  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth for the Retail and eTail sector in North America.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with top retailers and eTailers to promote Lenovo's products and services.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the small and medium-sized business landscape to identify potential growth opportunities.
  4. Drive business success through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Lenovo, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  10. Continuously expand knowledge of Lenovo's products, services, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell to clients.
  11. Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
  12. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  14. Stay current on industry news and developments to make informed recommendations and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
