  1. Develop and implement manufacturing test plans and procedures for Lenovo products.
  2. Conduct thorough and accurate testing of products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  3. Analyze test data and identify areas for improvement or potential issues.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  6. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure proper testing procedures are followed.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate testing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Maintain detailed records of testing results and provide regular reports to management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in manufacturing testing methods and technologies.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
  12. Train and mentor junior engineers on testing procedures and techniques.
  13. Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback on potential manufacturing or testing issues.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their components meet Lenovo's quality standards.
  15. Contribute to the development of new testing strategies and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Test Engineering, Preferably In The Computer Hardware Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Principles.

  • Experience With Automated Test Equipment And Programming Languages Such As Labview, Python, Or C++.

  • Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Standards Such As Iso 9001 And Rohs.
