In this role, you will be responsible for providing Linux/Unix engineering support to our internal and external customers.We are looking for a candidate who has a strong technical background in Linux/Unix operating systems, and experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and engineering. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, scripting languages, and hardware platforms.If you are passionate about Linux/Unix and have a strong desire to make a difference in the world of technology, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and engineering assistance to internal and external customers.
  2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux/Unix operating systems.
  3. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
  4. Develop scripts and automation tools to improve system performance.
  5. Monitor system logs and performance metrics.
  6. Maintain system security and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  7. Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies for Linux/Unix systems.
  8. Develop best practices and standards for Linux/Unix systems.
  9. Document system configurations and procedures.
  10. Train and mentor junior staff on Linux/Unix systems.
