Job Description

Lenovo is currently seeking an experienced and motivated LGFS Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales support and customer service and has the necessary skills to succeed in this role.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service. We are looking for someone who can quickly learn our processes and procedures and can work independently to provide efficient and effective LGFS sales support. A successful LGFS Sales Support Specialist will be organized and have excellent customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of Lenovo products, services and processes. The successful candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a high degree of accuracy in their work, and be able to quickly learn new technologies. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in LGFS sales support, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and knowledge of standard customer service practices and procedures.
