  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.

  12. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  14. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to training and development.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Technology Or Manufacturing Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Training And Development Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs, Including E-Learning And Instructor-Led Workshops.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate Effectively With Various Stakeholders.
