- Provide strategic HR support: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Build positive work culture: Work closely with leaders and team members to create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Drive HR initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with company values and goals.
- Collaborate with leaders: Partner with business unit leaders to understand their needs and challenges and provide HR support and guidance to help achieve their goals.
- Execute HR policies: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
- Employee engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Recruitment and onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Performance management: Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees, conducting training, and ensuring fair and consistent evaluations.
- Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employees and provide guidance and support on HR-related issues and concerns.
- Business acumen: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR programs and policies are in compliance and aligned with business needs.
- Data and analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, develop insights, and make informed decisions.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with other HR team members to share best practices, support cross-functional initiatives, and ensure consistency in HR practices.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and employment eligibility.
- Continuous improvement: Continuously review and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and alignment of HR initiatives and programs
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Hr Business Partnering.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Levels Of The Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Employee Relations And Performance Management.
Knowledge Of Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
