Job Description

  1. Provide strategic HR support: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  2. Build positive work culture: Work closely with leaders and team members to create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  3. Drive HR initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with company values and goals.
  4. Collaborate with leaders: Partner with business unit leaders to understand their needs and challenges and provide HR support and guidance to help achieve their goals.
  5. Execute HR policies: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
  6. Employee engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and ensure a positive employee experience.
  7. Recruitment and onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  8. Performance management: Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees, conducting training, and ensuring fair and consistent evaluations.
  9. Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employees and provide guidance and support on HR-related issues and concerns.
  10. Business acumen: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR programs and policies are in compliance and aligned with business needs.
  11. Data and analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, develop insights, and make informed decisions.
  12. Team collaboration: Collaborate with other HR team members to share best practices, support cross-functional initiatives, and ensure consistency in HR practices.
  13. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and employment eligibility.
  14. Continuous improvement: Continuously review and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and alignment of HR initiatives and programs

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Hr Business Partnering.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Employee Relations And Performance Management.

  • Knowledge Of Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
