- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives and support the growth of the EMEA Infrastructure Solutions Group.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring their professional development and success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational and people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and changes to existing policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Manage and maintain employee data and HR systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Partner with the legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead and support various HR projects, such as talent management, succession planning, and organizational restructuring.
