  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives and support the growth of the EMEA Infrastructure Solutions Group.
  2. Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring their professional development and success.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational and people-related challenges and opportunities.
  5. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and changes to existing policies and procedures.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  7. Manage and maintain employee data and HR systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  8. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  9. Partner with the legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  11. Lead and support various HR projects, such as talent management, succession planning, and organizational restructuring.
  12. Monitor HR metrics and use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  13. Develop and manage HR budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  14. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and promote a positive company culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
