  13. Continuously assess and improve the employee experience to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  14. Partner with external vendors and service providers to enhance HR programs and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Hr Role, Preferably In A Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Business Objectives.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations In Multiple Countries.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Executives, Managers, And Employees At All Levels.
