Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Hr Role, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Business Objectives.
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations In Multiple Countries.
