  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on all HR-related matters.
  3. Partner with the business to identify and address talent gaps, and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  4. Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and career progression.
  6. Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective learning and development initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and programs.
  10. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  11. Manage and oversee employee engagement and recognition programs.
  12. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and promote a positive work culture.
  13. Lead and support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with company values and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Business Partnering And Strategic Hr Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The Countries Where Lenovo Operates.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures That Align With Business Goals And Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Phr Or Shrm-Cp Are Preferred.
