  1. Develop and implement global eCommerce strategies that align with Lenovo's overall business objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and capitalize on new opportunities in the eCommerce landscape.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive eCommerce initiatives and ensure alignment with other business functions.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in eCommerce to continuously improve and evolve Lenovo's strategy.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce strategists to drive successful execution of initiatives.
  7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to integrate eCommerce strategies with overall sales and marketing plans.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive eCommerce growth.
  9. Identify and manage potential risks and challenges in the eCommerce landscape and develop contingency plans.
  10. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive eCommerce growth and improve efficiency.
  11. Monitor and track competitors' eCommerce strategies and make recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
  12. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for eCommerce initiatives and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented.
  14. Continuously analyze and optimize eCommerce processes to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  15. Foster a customer-centric mindset within the eCommerce team and ensure all strategies are aligned with meeting customer needs and preferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Global Ecommerce: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Ecommerce Operations, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Ecommerce Trends, Technologies, And Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As A Global Ecommerce Senior Strategy Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Analyze Data, Identify Patterns, And Make Data-Driven Decisions. They Should Be Proficient In Using Analytical Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Etc.

  • Strategic Thinking: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Global Ecommerce Strategies That Have Resulted In Significant Revenue Growth. They Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And The Ability To Identify New Opportunities For Growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: This Role Requires Working Closely With Various Departments And Teams Such As Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Etc. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Projects From Conception To Completion. They Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines. Previous Experience In Managing Global Ecommerce Projects Is Preferred.
