  1. Provide administrative support to executive leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  3. Organize and prioritize incoming requests and tasks for executives, proactively anticipating needs and taking appropriate action.
  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  5. Coordinate and execute logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and project planning.
  8. Manage expenses and budgets for executives, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  10. Act as a representative of the company, maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  13. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executive leaders.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and provide insights and recommendations to executives.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In An Executive Assistant Role, Preferably In A Tech Or Multinational Company.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Senior-Level Executives And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, As Well As Experience With Calendar Management, Travel Arrangements, And Event Coordination.
