
EMEA Parts Planning and Fulfilment Specialist

- Manage supply and demand of parts for the EMEA region to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Analyze data and identify trends to forecast demand and adjust supply accordingly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, logistics, and production to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and lead times.
- Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with the global parts planning team to share best practices and ensure alignment with company-wide strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to supply chain management and compliance.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in parts planning and fulfilment.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall supply chain operations and support the company's growth plans.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Supply Chain Planning And Fulfilment In The Emea Region.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management And Demand Forecasting Techniques.
Proficiency In Sap Or Other Erp Systems.
