  1. Develop and implement eCommerce strategies: Create and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive online sales and improve the overall customer experience.
  2. Conduct market analysis: Conduct research and analysis of eCommerce trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and develop strategies that will increase online sales.
  3. Monitor and optimize website performance: Continuously monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience and increase online conversions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
  5. Drive traffic and customer acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to the website and increase customer acquisition through various online marketing channels.
  6. Manage partnerships and vendor relationships: Identify and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support eCommerce initiatives and enhance the customer experience.
  7. Develop and track KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track and report on them to measure the success of eCommerce strategies and initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce to continually improve and innovate our strategies and processes.
  9. Lead eCommerce projects: Lead cross-functional eCommerce projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across teams.
  10. Train and mentor team members: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their continuous growth and development in eCommerce strategy and execution.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
