Job Description

Manage email operations for automations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and ensuring all deadlines are met. Oversee email creative, designing and using layouts within our email platform, and working alongside creative resources for copy and imagery. Prepare all email campaigns for send, including finalizing templates, checks and signoffs Including links, compatibility with major email clients, desktop/mobile, image size, etc. Segment email lists based on customer lifecycle, affinity, and email preferences to deepen engagement and improve conversion. Integrate recommendations into programs as we continuously improve our engine, tuning campaigns to maximize ROI. Manage project timelines and quality issues. Ensure we adhere to email marketing laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or eCommerce merchandising

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Understanding of regulatory environment for email marketing programs
