  1. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies to protect Lenovo from potential online threats and fraudulent activities.
  2. Monitor and analyze customer transactions to identify and prevent suspicious activity.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT and finance, to implement and maintain fraud monitoring tools and systems.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce fraud prevention and payment solutions.
  5. Conduct regular audits to identify and address any vulnerabilities in the payment process.
  6. Work closely with ecommerce team to optimize the payment process for a seamless customer experience.
  7. Investigate and resolve customer payment-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  8. Communicate with third-party payment providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  9. Provide training and support to internal teams on fraud prevention techniques and payment processing procedures.
  10. Generate and maintain reports on fraud and payment data, and use insights to make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for new and emerging payment technologies.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive customer and company information.
  13. Proactively identify and escalate potential fraud risks to senior management.
  14. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior in all aspects of the role.
  15. Stay compliant with relevant laws and regulations related to ecommerce, fraud, and payment processing.

  • Experience In Ecommerce Payment Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working With Various Payment Solutions, Such As Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, And Alternative Payment Methods, To Drive Ecommerce Sales And Minimize Fraud.

  • Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Patterns And Anomalies In Transaction Data, And To Develop Strategies To Mitigate Potential Fraud Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Compliance Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Compliance Standards, Such As Pci-Dss And Gdpr, To Ensure That All Ecommerce Transactions Are In Compliance With Industry Regulations And Guidelines.
