  1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our sales organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to identify and address sales enablement needs.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform sales enablement strategies.
  4. Lead the creation and delivery of sales training programs, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and team members, to understand their needs and provide support.
  7. Provide guidance and coaching to sales teams on best practices and techniques for improving sales performance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to continuously improve sales enablement strategies.
  9. Manage the sales enablement budget and allocate resources effectively to support sales objectives.
  10. Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and resources, such as playbooks, case studies, and sales presentations.
  11. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  12. Communicate and present updates, progress, and results of sales enablement initiatives to senior leadership.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the sales enablement team.
  14. Represent Lenovo and its values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Sales Training.
