
Director, Global Diversity and Inclusion
Lenovo is looking for a Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion who will bring passion and expertise to Lenovo’s diversity and inclusion mission. This individual will be an ambassador for Lenovo’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and will be a key driver of creating a diverse and equitable workplace for Lenovo’s global workforce. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating and leading global diversity and inclusion initiatives.The ideal candidate should have a master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of diversity and inclusion, and a deep understanding of the business and cultural implications of workforce diversity. The successful candidate should have a strong ability to collaborate, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to build relationships with various stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in working with and managing a team, as well as experience in developing and delivering training and development programs.The successful candidate will have a passion for diversity and inclusion and a deep commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of Lenovo’s employees and the global community. This individual should have a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to creating an inclusive culture at Lenovo.
