We at Lenovo are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Insights Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position should have an in-depth understanding of customer analytics and insights, and a track-record of success in developing and executing strategies to improve customer experience.This position requires a blend of technical and creative skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing customer trends, behavior, and preferences. A successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically and holistically, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We’re looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to make a positive impact on our customers’ experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer trends, behavior, and preferences to identify areas for improvement in customer experience.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience.
  3. Create data-driven insights to inform decision making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer insights are incorporated into product design and marketing initiatives.
  5. Establish customer segmentation models and utilize customer analytics tools to identify and target customer segments.
  6. Manage customer feedback systems.
  7. Monitor industry trends and competitive insights to inform customer insights strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain customer journey maps.
  9. Lead customer research initiatives and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
  10. Develop and maintain customer insights reports.
