  1. Develop and implement credit and risk management strategies and policies for the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze credit data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  3. Review and approve credit applications and determine credit limits for customers.
  4. Collaborate with sales, finance, and other teams to ensure effective credit processes and procedures.
  5. Manage credit collections and negotiate payment terms with customers to minimize bad debt.
  6. Conduct credit checks and evaluate the financial stability of potential and existing customers.
  7. Communicate credit decisions and provide recommendations to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in credit regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external credit agencies and vendors.
  10. Provide training and guidance to team members on credit policies and procedures.
  11. Prepare and present credit reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  12. Continuously identify areas for improvement in credit processes and implement solutions.
  13. Handle escalated customer credit issues and work towards resolution.
  14. Monitor market conditions and make recommendations for adjustments to credit policies.
  15. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of credit data to relevant stakeholders.
  16. Conduct regular reviews of credit processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  17. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers.
  18. Motivate and lead credit team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  19. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to credit management.
  20. Represent the company in credit-related meetings and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Management, Preferably In A Consumer Electronics Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Assessment And Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Credit Operations And Achieving Targets.
