  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business transformation through the adoption and optimization of Anaplan.
  2. Lead the Anaplan Center of Excellence, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business planning needs and develop solutions using Anaplan.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Anaplan capabilities and best practices.
  5. Create and implement training programs to educate and empower users to effectively utilize Anaplan.
  6. Partner with key stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the Anaplan platform.
  7. Monitor and analyze business planning processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Anaplan and other planning tools.
  9. Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership.
  10. Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful and timely completion of initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  12. Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Anaplan.
  13. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Anaplan platform.
  14. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Anaplan processes.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

  • Strong Anaplan Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Expertise In Anaplan Platform, Including Its Functionalities, Modules, And Best Practices For Implementation.

  • Business Planning Knowledge: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Knowledge And Experience In Business Planning Processes, Including Financial Forecasting, Sales Planning, And Supply Chain Planning.

  • Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams, Develop Project Plans, And Deliver Results Within Tight Timelines.

  • Communication And Collaboration: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Partners.

  • Leadership And Strategy: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams, As Well As Developing And Executing Strategic Plans For Business Planning And Anaplan Implementation.
