1. Serve as the subject matter expert on cloud technology and virtualization within the organization.
2. Provide technical guidance and support to the cloud solutions team and other departments within the company.
3. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in cloud computing and virtualization and apply them to the company's solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement virtualization solutions that meet the company's business needs.
5. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate other team members on cloud and virtualization concepts and best practices.
6. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to optimize the company's cloud infrastructure.
7. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with virtualization and cloud systems, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
8. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for virtualization and cloud systems for reference and training purposes.
9. Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their cloud and virtualization needs and provide recommendations and solutions.
10. Collaborate with vendors and partners to evaluate and select the best tools and technologies for virtualization and cloud solutions.
11. Continuously improve and update personal knowledge and skills in virtualization and cloud technologies through training and self-study.
12. Work closely with the project management team to plan and execute virtualization and cloud projects within the designated timelines and budget.
13. Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional growth and development in the field of cloud and virtualization.
14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols related to cloud and virtualization systems.
