  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Understand the needs and goals of our channel partners and provide them with solutions that align with our company's products and services.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for channel partners, providing them with support and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and sales to develop effective strategies for channel sales.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  6. Identify potential new channel partners and build relationships to expand our network and reach.
  7. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  8. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with channel partners, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  10. Effectively communicate with all levels of management to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on channel sales activities.
  11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and build relationships with potential channel partners.
  12. Keep up-to-date records of all channel partner activities, contracts, and agreements.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize channel sales processes and procedures.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in channel sales.
  15. Adhere to company values and ethics, ensuring all interactions with channel partners and colleagues are professional and in line with company standards.
