  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve division goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales and construction professionals to ensure high performance and results.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  5. Collaborate with other division managers and corporate leadership to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives.
  6. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the division.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve division processes and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand.
  11. Serve as a role model for company values and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to anticipate and adapt to changing market conditions.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on division performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  14. Identify and resolve issues or challenges within the division, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  15. Set high standards for quality and customer satisfaction, and ensure they are met or exceeded by the division.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably As A Vp Or Division Manager In The Real Estate Or Construction Industry.
