Treasury Manager – Letters of Credit

Provide leadership and manage team and workflows to accomplish department goals. Evaluate the team’s productivity, efficiency, and quality and report accomplishments and critical issues to Sr. Management. Ensure accuracy and integrity of the Company’s proprietary Letter of Credit Management System (“LCMS”) verifying that all information provided is accurate and complete. Collaborate with IT developers to expand LCMS reporting and functionality. Provide training as needed. Prepare monthly and quarterly Executive Summary Reports for Sr. Management. Manage LC bank lines and ensure proper usage and optimization including current and accurate projections to identify sourcing needs for Sr. Management. Manage end-to-end reconciliation and billing process including payments via wire, check, ACH.
