As a member of our Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our Workday system, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our HR operations.   1. Develop and maintain Workday systems and processes to support the company's HR operations.
  2. Analyze and evaluate current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Workday system updates and enhancements.
  4. Gather and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve HR processes and systems.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday and provide guidance and support to HR team members.
  6. Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system.
  8. Train and support HR team members on the use of Workday system and processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in HRIS and Workday.
  10. Participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of the Workday system.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for system implementation and maintenance.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports on system usage and performance to HR leadership.
  13. Continuously assess and improve Workday system functionality to meet the evolving needs of the HR department.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and security of all HRIS data and information.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Hris Business Analyst, With A Focus On Workday Software.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Experience With Implementing Workday Modules, Including Core Hr, Benefits, Compensation, And Talent Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, As Well As Data Management And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
