Job Description

Lennar, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, is seeking a Project Manager for our Land Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of land development projects from start to finish. We are looking for a driven and experienced individual who can effectively coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of land development projects from start to finish.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are completed within set deadlines.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with various teams including engineers, contractors, and local government agencies.
  4. Review project proposals and identify potential risks or issues, developing mitigation plans as needed.
  5. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  6. Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
  7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to track progress and identify any issues.
  8. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless integration of land development projects with other business operations.
  11. Ensure all project documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  12. Act as a liaison between Lennar and external partners, maintaining positive relationships and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
  13. Continuously monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  14. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in land development to inform decision-making and strategy.
  15. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance as needed.

  • Knowledge Of Land Development Process: A Strong Understanding Of The Land Development Process, Including Zoning Regulations, Environmental Laws, And Permitting Procedures, Is Essential For A Project Manager At Lennar. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: The Ability To Identify And Solve Problems, Make Quick And Effective Decisions, And Adapt To Changing Circumstances Is Essential For A Project Manager At Lennar.
