Project Manager - Land Development

- Oversee and manage all aspects of land development projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are completed within set deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate with various teams including engineers, contractors, and local government agencies.
- Review project proposals and identify potential risks or issues, developing mitigation plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to track progress and identify any issues.
- Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless integration of land development projects with other business operations.
- Ensure all project documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as a liaison between Lennar and external partners, maintaining positive relationships and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
- Continuously monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in land development to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
Knowledge Of Land Development Process: A Strong Understanding Of The Land Development Process, Including Zoning Regulations, Environmental Laws, And Permitting Procedures, Is Essential For A Project Manager At Lennar. This Qualification Ensures That The Individual Can Effectively Manage And Coordinate All Aspects Of The Land Development Project.
Project Management Experience: Lennar Seeks Candidates With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Land Development Industry. This Qualification Demonstrates The Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Projects, Meet Deadlines, And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders.
