Principal Security Engineer - IAM

1. Develop and implement an effective Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy to ensure the security of company data and assets.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate solutions.
3. Design and implement IAM solutions that meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
4. Lead and manage a team of security engineers to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, applications, and systems.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the company's security posture.
7. Regularly review and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with industry standards and company needs.
8. Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to leverage their expertise and tools for enhancing security.
10. Train and educate employees on security best practices and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
11. Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to proactively identify and address potential security issues.
12. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the state of the company's security and make recommendations for improvement.
