  1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the home building process, providing timely and accurate information and updates.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the home building experience.
  3. Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide them with information on available options and upgrades.
  4. Collaborate with sales and construction teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the home building process.
  5. Conduct model home tours and showcase the features and benefits of Lennar homes to potential clients.
  6. Assist clients with selecting and personalizing their home design, finishes, and features to meet their specific needs and preferences.
  7. Monitor and track progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to clients.
  8. Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work towards finding satisfactory solutions.
  9. Educate clients on the home buying process, including financing options and the Lennar warranty program.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
  11. Attend networking events and participate in marketing initiatives to generate leads and promote Lennar's services.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  13. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
